Having been given a diagnosis about a condition that is serious but not acutely life threatening, I needed time to assimilate that. Would doing A,B,C,D.......or nothing be a good direction. Problem is that the only options given to me by specialists involved extensive lifetime drug therapy, so I began a 3 month endeavor to investigate historically Multiple Sclerosis.
